Starting out at the
Baron Falls National Park, this walk was to Glacier rock lookout. A number of paths criss-cross the park and the walk was a combination of some of those available. The path was good, but after awhile the landscape all looked the same to us. We reached the lookout and the weather turned nasty, and was it freezing. We turned for home and made it 10 minutes before the rain hit! |

You could take the longer walk and get
to the Baron falls lookout, but we took the car . Summer sees the river flows - in winter, most seems to go to the power station. |
