This area is in the heart of Sugar and Banana growing country, as is 100km
up and down the coast!
We stopped at the Bartle Frere Exotic Fruit farm and booked a tour and tasting. We were shown the various fruit trees and were told about the fruit and how it grew and tasted on the walk through the orchard. The tasting of such different looking fruit was fun.
