We had passed a number of Common Bird Orchid
colonies on the walk and taken photos for good measure, even though they
were getting on - there's no cost in digital photos. Noting yet
another group we took yet more photos - but when we looked at it at home
on the PC, we noticed it was different. Looking at the book, we
concluded yet another new orchid for us. Very Lucky! Photographed at the Kinglake National Park. |

Details (Vic): Flowering: Flowering November to February, mainly December to January. Size: Up to 5cm tall, flowers - usually 1, to 30mm across. Location: Eastern highlands in moist closed forests. Endemic, Secure.
