We are miles from home looking for orchids,
when up pops someone we know, amazing! We chat about where to go and
he indicates a Ranger is talking a guided tour thru' the Deep Lead area
and it might be good. We join them and soon start spotting orchids, this was one lot. A number of photos were taken as they were in peak condition. On looking at our book we saw that the plumosa group had been reviewed recently and new species identified, this was one of them. Lucky again. Photographed at Deep Lead, Victoria. |
