The day was hot and humid, perfect for Thelymitra orchid hunting.  Our spot was chosen using art rather than science and off we went.  In the area we found this and a number of other exciting Thelymitra's.

Details (Vic):

Flowering:  Flowering September - October.

Size: Up to 30cm tall,  flowers -  usually 1 - 6, to 20mm across

Position: Widespread, mainly western Victoria, Grampians and Little Desert.

Endemic, Secure.
