The Mentone Greenhood is a hybrid between the Taurantha concinna (Trim Greenhood) and the Diplodium striata (Striped Greenhood).  It is a named cross and is stated to occur in very few locations, as it requires both parents to grow in close proximity to each other.  The hybrid looks similar to the Striata, but where the Striata does not grow from a rosette, the cross does (the same as a Trim).  The labellum is similar to the Striata but may have a slight notch.
