These photos show typical habitat for the Cupped Mignonette Orchid - a paperbark swamp.  Very much gumboot country.  These orchid were growing in 10-50mm of water.
This orchid was originally named Hydrorchis cupularis by Jones but was renamed Microtis cupularis 2 years later by Thiele & Brown.
