Pigs Mostly - Various Locations

Most photos show pig rooting at various locations.

The first photo is at the Playgrounds.

The photos immediately following were taken on the edge of a wet snow meadow on the Cowombat track. Amongst other things they depict two successive years of pig rooting at this location. The previous years disturbance is indicated by the regrowth of non-typical vegetation (and weeds) over the rooting site. Other photos depict how the horses often follow pigs, once the pigs have opened-up thicker vegetation in wet areas. The Park's vermin eradication officer has been active in the area, and thankfully the pig, or pigs, responsible did not return to this site again this year.
