| Snug Falls |
| We were hoping for an easy walk as the day was going to be hot. Predictions were right as when we arrived at the car park it was indeed quite hot. We wandered slowly to the start of the walk and wondered if we had been here on our last visit. At the start when we noticed the turnstile and the fact the walk seemed to go slowly downhill, we realized , yes, we have done this walk 10 years ago. Yes, it was downhill all the way to the falls and of course uphill all the way back. But we were here so we continued on as we had memories of a good walk. As usual we found a couple of orchid species along the way which helped and water was flowing over the falls which is always a good thing. The track was in good condition with a few seats dotted along the way so you could rest . Overall it was a pleasant walk. |
