Photographed by invitation on private property in Gippsland, on 14 November 2015. This is a rare and endangered orchid as it exists only on one property in Gippsland.

Grows in winter wet coastal grasslands, in and generally between the grass tussocks.

SI Special Interest
A very interested bug.  Probably the pollinator as it has a small piece of pollen on its head.
A fly looks very closely at the flowers, but no pollen is seen on his body.
